Family medicine

Welcome to our practice.

Hausarztpraxis am Quirlsberg is a family medicine practice in Bergisch Gladbach. It sits on the Gesundheitscampus Quirlsberg, on the grounds of the Evangelisches Krankenhaus Bergisch Gladbach. The practice is led by Linn Krämer, specialist in general medicine.

01  The practice

In Germany, your Hausarzt is the family doctor you see first – for acute complaints, for the long-term management of chronic conditions, for preventive check-ups, and to coordinate any specialist care you need afterwards. If you have recently moved here, registering with one practice and staying with it is how the system is designed to work.

We offer the full range of modern family medicine – from treating acute complaints through preventive examinations and vaccinations to the long-term care of chronic conditions.

Family medicine depends on continuity. We would rather look after you for years and know your history, your medication and your circumstances than treat you once.

Opening in autumn 2026

Medicine under one roof – on the hospital site

Our practice is on the grounds of the Evangelisches Krankenhaus Bergisch Gladbach. Being close to the emergency department and the inpatient wards means short distances and quick professional exchange. If you need follow-up treatment after a hospital stay, you benefit from that close connection.

We also work closely with the specialist practices and medical care centres nearby. Many questions can be settled directly between colleagues – which for you means shorter routes and better coordinated treatment.

What matters to us

The health system has become complex. Anyone who is ill has to navigate specialist appointments, hospital stays, forms and changing contacts – often at exactly the moment when they have least strength for it.

As your family doctors we are the first point of contact and keep track of the whole picture: acute complaints, the long-term care of chronic conditions, preventive examinations, and the coordination of any further treatment.
